30 days free return and refund policy: You may choose to return a Zest Mélange product order on line, for whatever reason, which has been unused, undamaged and unwashed with tags & in original packaging.
Exchange policy on Zest Mélange products bought under any special offer: You are eligible for an exchange on products bought under special schemes/ offers with the products of the same or lower value. Refunds or Store Credits for special offers are not applicable.
Process: Request. Confirm. Handover. All India shipments include a return shipping label.

There are pre-paid return label in all our shipments to make it easy for you. You just have to generate a request, specify a convenient pick up date, and we will manage the rest.
If you find any problems with your Zest Mélange products or are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return or exchange the article up to 30 days from the date of purchase or placement of order, whichever is later.
Only such products are accepted that are returned in their original packaging, are unused, unwashed and undamaged with all tags still attached. Any discrepancy in the above mentioned points, regarding the product condition, shall not be accepted the returns and send it back to the customer.
For all accepted returns, the refund of money is processed within 7-10 working days, which may be procured as store credits or exchange for another available size or product, as you may prefer.
The money back is applicable on the articles purchased, not any packaging or gift or free items included by us.
Generate a request on our website for transactions made by signed-in customers, go to "My Orders" under the "My account" menu.
For guest order transactions, visit the Track Your Order page. You are required to enter your Order ID and the email address given in the order.

We don’t cancel orders once they are collected by our delivery partners from our ware house. However, the orders can be cancelled after receipt of delivery by the customer.
